Happy Birthday Michael Jackson!

RIP DJ AM

Celebrity Update Fridays
Spotted: Adrian Grenier shopping at the Apple store in Soho around 5pm on Wednesday. Definitely a good looking guy...beautiful eyes but please Adrian buy a razor! What the eff was going on with his face? Hair everywhere! Kristen and I were choking, ugh! Anyways, Vince at least gets hot girls on the show. I am not sure what he was sporting on his arm but it wasn't Isabel Lucas. Get her back!
Where in the world is RPattz? C'mon did you think I didn't know. The entire Twilight cast has been busy filming the 3rd installment of Twilight entitled "Eclipse." He was recently seen at a Kings of Leon concert with none other than that talentless actress KStew. Rob let her stay with her boyfriend please!
Hmm who should I stalk next? Zac Efron? (I know he's a little outdated) It should be illegal to be that HOT! It isn't fair that Zefron never comes to NY. I guess I have a mission on my next trip to LA.
If you haven't snatched yourself a copy of "Hot Mess" by Cobra Starship then get your ass online and download a free copy. They're also touring right now. So bummed I missed that one =/

"Taken" in España
Hola amigos y amigas. I swear my new location is going to be "in the sky" changing my job to flight attendant because I'm rarely ever home. This year alone I have been to LA twice, Vegas, Aruba and now I'm off to Spain for a week. We almost didn't make the flight from traffic that was worst than driving on I-405 but we're here and its sunny and hot.
Hola Barcelona! One of the nicest cities I've visited. The beaches, the sights and the guys are allll beautiful. The clubs were so much better than most clubs in the eastcoast and the westcoast. Desiree and Caitlin had me shazam every single song we heard so I can run home and make a CD for them with all my "spare time." One of the best things about this country has got to the sangria it's to die for. If you're not a big seafood eater you better pack a sandwich because fish by the whole, eyes included is all that's served here. We were lucky enough to attend a Madonna concert while we were here. She was 100 times better than she was in America (she must like the Europeans a lot better). We had VIP friends and family (about 5 ft from the stage) or as Caitlin called it "nosebleeds." The MJ tribute she did was such a tearjerker I couldn't handle myself. Besides the overcrowding of people and the smell their bodies were giving off it was such a great time.
Hola Valencia! So we only spent one night here but let me just reiterate one night. You see, I was supposed to research this entire trip and plan what where we would be visiting and what sights we would be going to, but instead I just borrowed a travel book and decided to wing it. I never got us the round trip train ticket to Valencia and we ended up pulling an all-nighter in the Valencia Nord train station until our 6am train back to Barcelona. Well we weren't "taken" so I guess you can say it turned out as planned. I was able to see the Holy Chalice, aka Jesus' pimp cup and got to sink my teeth into some rabbit. Yes rabbit! Apparently, Valencian paella is not made with seafood like I had imagined. No! It is chicken, rabbit and rice and surprisingly yummy. After our interesting dinner, we were entertained with various jugglers, trumpet players, flame throwers and this really cute old man who sang every song incorrectly. From there we met up with some guys we met from Ireland and drank ourselves silly since we had no where to go for 6 hours.Hola Madrid! So one of the cities I'll probably never visit again. Not that I didn't enjoy myself with my girlfriends who spoke no Spanish, Desiree added an "o" to the end of every word or Caitlin who spoke with a British accent, I did not feel safe walking the streets. I was cetain we would be taken and sold into prostitution. Thank God I spoke a little bit of Spanish and were able to get us from our hotel and back. The coolest part about this part of the trip was that we were able to hang out with some cool people including Leonardo DiCaprio. Who would have thought we would be invited over to the table that he was hosting at the Me Madrid Hotel. But besides the celeb sightings, I was able to visit the Prado Museum and see the "Las Meninas" by Velázquez.
Hola Toledo! So again this was a one day trip, but one of the places I wish I would have stayed. It was filled with Medieval churchs and arcitecture and some famous masterpieces, including Greco's masterpiece "The Burial of the Count of Orgaz." I'm such an art buff and nerd, I know!
The week went by toooo fast! But all good things must come to an end. Next stop....LA again?!?
Adios y'all
MJ Memorial Cont'd

OK back from Neverland..so sad! I thought the house in the Holmby Hills and the star on the blvd was depressing but that is NOTHING compared to the 2,800 acres of land called Neverland. There were sooo many people with signs, flowers, t-shirt stands and of course camera crews everywhere. As soon as we pulled up in our hot yellow convertible corvette the cameras were all over us. For some crazy reason the paparazzi thought we had to be someone because we were all dressed up. After my friend was done posing in pictures with randoms we were finally able to pay our respects the one of the "greatest entertainers the world has ever known" --let's just thank Madonna for that quote because she hit it right on. Even though I flew to LA the wrong day for the memorial, it all worked out. I was able to experience a part of history with total strangers that shared a common interest with me and it was truly one of the best days of my life.
