Love is in the air....

Wedding bells are true! How crazytown is that one?? Lamar and Khloe will be getting married this Sunday at the Bel Air Hotel in Los Angeles. They've only been dating a month. Hmm something isn't right here. Unless of course they found true love and knew the moment they met they were soulmates. Yea, I highly doubt that. Time will tell.

Speaking about true love...how long does it take before some guy can just walk up to me and ask me out?!? People what are we waiting for? I'm not saying I want to be married tomorrow but a date would be nice. I probably should put my guard down too and not look like I want to kill everyone when I go out (no wonder no one approaches me).

Once upon a time, I thought I found the one. Unfortunately, it was a Romeo and Juliet scenario (figures my luck). Everything just seemed to go wrong for us. All that's left are memories. But memories are a special thing though. I'm grateful to hold on to them and keep a spot in my heart for him. But in the wise words of Tiesto "Love Comes Again."

MTV Awards Review
Kanye West has done it again. People need to stop inviting him to events. Get his name off the damn guest list! He decided to jump on stage and rip the microphone out of Taylor Swift's hand during her acceptance speech. She won for best female video and he decided he needed to add that "Beyonce had the best video ever!" He has lost his damn mind. Madonna gave a heart warming speech remembering the King of Pop. Of course, she had to talk about herself during her 5 min speech, adding an "I" after every sentence about Michael Jackson. Janet Jackson on the other hand, decided to remember her brother by dancing and lip syncing on stage to "Scream." She was joined by the best choreographers in the world, some of which were Chris Judd and Wade Robson. Thank god they were there because Janet couldn’t move like she used to.

I hope everyone watched "Vampire Diaries." It is my new crack! This new drama based on none other than vampires and love, is on the CW Thursday nights. If you love Twilight, True Blood and Buffy (my favorite), you're sure to be a fan. Not to mention the vampires are super hot once again. Damn, where's my vampire? I'm done with humans.

Madonna will debut a greatest hits album later this month. Her newest single, Celebration has already hit #1 is some European countries. While my friends and I were in Barcelona, Caitlin was picked to be in the fan version of the music video. It just so happens it aired the other day and she is in it! Celebrity Update Fridays

Jay-Z will be performing tonight at MSG with proceeds going to the 9/11 foundation. You can watch the whole concert for free from your tv on the fuse network. I swear this guy retired 5 times already. Yes he is amazing and putting his name anyway possible (he's doing clothes for tennis now, c'mon!)

Last night New York was the most alive I have seen it in awhile. It looked like the day before Christmas. Anna Wintour, editor in chief for Vogue, helped organize Fashion's Night Out. This event, held the night before fashion week starts, helped the 9/11 foundation with 40% of proceeds going right to charity. Almost every major retailer including very high end designers all helped in this fabulous night. Champagne, wine, DJs spinning, hors· d'oeuvres, and free giveaways were a few of the things the stores were participating in. A-list celebrities including the Olsen twins, Victoria Beckham, Justin Timberlake, Hugh Jackman and Charlize Theron were a few to name that signed autographs and the signature "Fashion's Night Out" t-shirts. The evening events were from 7pm-11pm. It was exciting to be apart of the magic that New York has to offer.

Keep a look out for the 15 year old sensation Justin Bieber. Usher signed him a year ago and he already has a song in the top ten on iTunes and over 200k followers on Twitter.

Esmee Denters is climbing the charts in the UK. She was discovered by Justin Timberlake last year at the age of 20. She covers many songs from OneRepublic, Mariah Carey and Natasha Bedingfield. I don't give it much longer for her fame to start here in the states. Whatever England does we soon follow!

Celebrity Update Fridays

On Wednesday night in Tel Aviv, Madonna completed her European tour. It was said to have been the most grossing tour for a female artist of all time. Grossing about $400 million for 3.5 millions fans at 85 shows. Not only was it special for the audience because they were in the presence of the queen, but Lourdes aka Lola (Madonna's daughter) and Rocco (her son) were seen on stage dancing and playing the piano. Guess she's starting them off early...$$$$

Spotted Mr.Big from Sex and the City. He was casually walking around University Place on Tuesday night in a magazine shop. They just started filming the sequel earlier this month. Maybe he should get home and practice his lines, the first movie sucked!

On Thursday evening, Hollywood mourned over the death of Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM and Michael Jackson one final time. I guess you can say it was their final curtain call. DJ AM was buried at the Hillside Memorial Park at a private memorial service that included close friends Travis Barker, Hayley Wood (ex-girlfriend..probably the reason he's dead) former girlfriend Nicole Richie, Lindsay Ho-han and Sam the Man. Michael Jackson was finally laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery more than two months after his death. WTF!?? was that family doing all this time? About 200 close friends and family members attended the evening funeral, consisting of Elizabeth Taylor, Berry Gordy, Quincy Jones, Lisa Marie Presley,Macaulay Culkin, Corey Feldman and Miko Brando.
